Need to be able to Deposit checks at the ATM machine as well as cash. I need to have 24 hour customer service support.
Not very user friendly. Really need to update deposit and transfer functions and give member ability to see whole account numbers with proper security checks. Like FM but this app needs work
The service is great and they treat you like family or a lost long friend
This app is very limited. I wish I could pay bills and make transfers like other online banking apps.
Not a fan. Keeps asking security questions and when i correctly answer i it says its incorrect. I go thru that spiel twice EVERYTIME and then it logs me in anyways but the available balance is not updated. So i never know the correct amount unless i go jome and lg in on computer.. annoying, frustrating to say the least! Lady at the bank said to uninstall and reinstall the app usually helps other ppl..well i guess its been an ongoing problem and noone fixes it. Im thinking to close my account
This bank it's manager, staff and app are horrible. 1 star is too kind.
